An actress from Django Unchained claims she was the victim of classic racism and police brutality just because she was showing affection to a white man. Daniele Watts and her boyfriend Brian were making out in a parked car Thursday outside the CBS studios in the San Fernando Valley. Daniele had just left a meeting at CBS with a director. Brian tells us he was told a resident of a nearby apartment saw them making out and called the cops.Brian tells us LAPD officers came up to them with a suspicious eye. Brian believes it's because cops saw a tatted rocker white boy and a hot bootie shorted black girl and thought we were HO & a trick. Brian a celebrity chef says cops demanded to see their IDs and he complied but she refused. Brian tells TMZ Daniele walked away, only to be confronted by cops a short distance later, cuffed, thrown in the back of the patrol car and taken back to the scene. She says the cuffs were so tight they tore through her wrists, causing them to bleed.Brian says they've retained a lawyer and will file a complaint with the LAPD and more.

my question is, how long are we permitted to 'sit in a car', parked
looking for keys, reading a book, or anything else, without it being a chargable offense? I agree, we are in the age where 'just comply' is the best way to avoid situations,, though I don't agree there was any reason for the two to be confronted in the first place,, and why does someone not driving have to show an id? if they can just state their name? |

Humm someone called it in to the cops. They were making out. How was that person suppose to know who they were and it was not a prostitute...
And why would she just ignore the officers and walk away. Really! They were doing their job and following up on a call.. All she had to do was state who she was and comply. You don't just turn and walk away from a cop not expecting them to come after you... How was they suppose to know who she was? And who the heck walks around now days no ID and nothing on them??? |

seems there is a teency weency bit more to the Story!
https://celebrity.yahoo.com/news/django-unchained-actress-daniele-watts-under-scrutiny-her-050600222.html While Watts and Lucas have insisted in interviews that they were simply making out, photos that surfaced Wednesday appear to show them doing more. The images posted by TMZ show Watts straddling Lucas in a silver Mercedes. The two are seen in the passenger seat of the car as Lucas' legs hang out of an open car door onto the sidewalk. While the two are clothed, witnesses told TMZ that Watts was grinding on Lucas' lap, and had her breasts exposed. After the pictures emerged, the two were vilified on social media. Actor-comedian DL Hughley tweeted, Danielle Watts if you will literally show your *** in public, u shouldn't have a problem showing ur ID! The police are damned if they do and damned if they don't. I've never had any problems with police whatsoever. |
