Anybody know how I remove programs I have looked into controll pannle and can not find anything that says remove. Amd I looking for the wrong thing? Even tried typing Add and remove in the search box.

Thank you but as I already said there is nothing there that says add and remove.

Whisper, on the top of your windows browser(folders,not internet) there is a tab marked "Tools". Tap that, and a drop down menu will appear that will show you an option for "Folder Options".Hit that, and another tab will pop up that says "View". Again, hit that, and the tab will show you a box with a bunch of things that are or are not check-marked. Look for the one that says "show hidden files and folders". Put the check(or acually dot) in that box, and then hit ok. Now, do a search for the file you're looking for. If it's a bug you picked up, that might be the only way to find it. When you do this, you'll be able to do a search for the file from the top of the same windows browser. If it has a name that you know, that is.. If it's just a nuisance bug, you can simply delete it from where you found it, because they are created to NOT go into your registry of actual programs.

In the control panel there is a icon called program anf features that will let you remove programes when they came out with Vista they changed the name to programe and featurs instead off and and remove

programs and features in the control panel.....i had the same prob finding it when i first got vista.
