has the way people see love and experience love changed since the days of men writing love letters and singing under a window with a mariachi band wearing big hats while Janet Jackson is listening oh im getting side tracked watching the nutty professor lol but seriously has loved changed? :)

all depends on the person
no more bands behind you while you sing at a window
now we sing from one computer to another
no big hats , only guys with what they think or big ones , want to video chat with the lady's who tell them they have little's one's
no more poems or love letters , unless you check the poem area

times have changed , some for the good some for the bad <shrug>

was the way i was raised , you need to spoil a lady not just with items but words as well

you can say i love you all day long but action's speak louder then words , you need to show her you love her as well <shrug>

but i was raised mainly by females so my out look on things are different then 98 % of the males i have ever met

I guess when I was small, I was always exposed to couples who loved each other in spite of their differences. I also know many of them stayed together not because of the children per se, but rather because of the fact they truly loved each other.

Love is changing in this day and age because people are using it to control or dehumanize someone. Life is now such a "hit and git" proposition. Everything is in a hurry and time is really needed where men and women need to sit down and really take time out and learn each other because it is essential to the health of both.

The meaning of love in the dictionary as I saw it did not mean being mean or controlling. But, this the sad truth of it all.

Men nowadays seem to think it is not okay to show emotion because they think that it will make them seem weak in the eyes of women or even other men. I know that I was told it was okay to do that.
