I’m sending my thoughts your way.
I sit here thinking about you today.
Over there in a land that is unknown.
Hoping you’re in a safety zone.
We really don’t know what it is like.
As you sit and watch as the shells strike.
With precision as they find there mark.
It happens from daylight to dark.
I just want you all to know.
It don’t matter in life were you may go.
We just want you all to see.
As we post it up on the marquee.
Bless you all for who you are.
For in our books you are a star.
As you look up at the moonlight.
Always remember each and every night.
We send to you our prayers.
You make us feel like millionaires.
For all the things you do.
And the things you must go through.
Just remember we are behind.
The things you do for mankind.
It does not matter that you are there.
We will still be here and declare.
Because of you we have freedom in this land.
Because of brave men and women that took a stand.
I know this is way over due.
But from our hearts we all would like to say THANK YOU!
