This is how I see it.... A walk together on a hot summer night... Holding hands and getting closer together... As you stop and face each other and pull each other close... Just as you begin to kiss a slow steady rain starts falling... You are both warm, the kiss is hot and passionate... The cool rain only fuels the fires... Do you stop kissing I think not!! 
I think it would be beyond what one would actually expect... All the senses kicking in...

Well, it kinds does, wouldn't it?..because it's all slippery it allows you the control (shift of your mouth/tounge etc) which in turn can turn a bad kisser into a good one, maybe ? I'm guessing here... Sure sure, there's something about snow though, I know it's colder than the rain but snow just floats along, it's lovely. I dunno.
