just got back to zurich after many years abroad... wow the place has changed. i no-longer know where to go out and meet people (seems to be more difficult than in other countries ). any tips, anyone? looking in particular for live music

And it seems they still ain't finished! Niederdorf/Oberdorf,and Langstrasse are still a pretty good bet though!

Live music in Zürich? Haven't heard much of that in the last six years. Just by accident I found a few spots: Stroll around Langstrasse or Niederdorf. The best life music is probably along the lake from spring to autumn.
