Hey Ya'll!!!!....Here is another favorite from the deep south...great with beer and tailgating!!!.....GEAUX LSU!!!
1lb smoked sausage, cut into bite size chunks 1 green bellpepper, cut into bite size chunks 1 sweet onion, cut into bite size chunks 5 oz sweet and sour sauce 5 oz BBQ sauce 7 drops of Tabasco sauce Creole seasoning to taste Place sausage, peppers and onions in a foil bag. Cover with sweet and sour sauce, BBQ sauce and Tabasco sauce. Wrap tightly in foil and place on the grill. Cook about 45 minutes turning every 15 minutes. Slit bag open and serve right out of the bag. Can add mushrooms if you like. |
