I need massive hugs, I've just been verbally assaulted and physically, my doctor deliberately just hurt me. I'm am in shock, I just froze, and now I'm just crying uncontrollably and shaking really bad, despite 15 mg of Valium.

Thankyou everyone, I'm quite sedated now, so im more chilled, thank God, I'm still in shock, I can't post exactly what happened because it's really quite bad. There are some horrible people in this world, good job there are more good people than bad

I think i need stitches moor then a hug. I just about wacked my thum off this morrnig working in the shop.darn saws all.
