An overwhelming felling of selfpride as I hadn't drank smoked swore or self abused myself in 8 hours. I think I'm good at keeping my short time goals realistic. I great feeling of accomplishment every morning. Damn. What left? lol LMAO The rest of the day! Yes set realistic short term goals...baby steps You are right. I am gonna start with a stinky bud, coffee, then see whats new in porn. It's gonna be a good day *heavy sigh* |
