life has set in, frail
soft, the moment where passion
floods the heart

overwhelming
the scene, eyes focusing
but not stressed
he held me to my surprise

can't help but smile, he stares
holds my eyes for a moment

beauty on the outside
can't compare to
beauty on the inside
never wasted, only cherished
surreal as i enter a light
of calmness
that look, his azure eyes
when he stares at me
when he just wants me
more everyday
now here i stay
as he
caresses my cheek to remind me

azure eyes
candid, shaking in fear

sensory memory
fate over fallacy
real love, so shimmery

clouds of smoke
background noise
nature
eyes open as it was
just a reverie
a ruse in believing
sweat-drenched fingers clutching covers
should have known
it wouldn't last
fanciful answers jostled
except back in absoluteness

the clock, chasing after me
forced to realize what i must see
just visions, i check time again
smiles eventually have their end
