![]() Midnight hummingbird Abused relentlessly by raindrops. Lightning reveals her beautiful, blue, purple, green, and scarlet. Silk rain soaked flowers plead her case in anguish. Still, Mother Nature turns a cold scornful deaf ear. Her crucified silhouette, framed by a piercing midnight sky. Wings fluttering across callus winds tonight. Poor small tender...Blind midnight hummingbird. . |
