why are we so worried about being alone? and why do we seek someone who has the same need to be needed? is it in our nature or is in out of fear of not being needed? is this what the condition of love, broken down really seeks, or is there a deeper question?; and if so what is it?

I dont fear being alone. I felt longing to have someone with me for the rest of my life. I can still be happy being alone and be productive for my home and society and having a loving partner one day will be a blessing for me.

i wouldn't say i'm smart, merely curious of other peoples opinions on this subject, life is what you make it i guess, yet there seems to be a pattern in being around people, and having someone notice when you're not round; belonging to something bigger than yourself

so as in not a need to be wanted but rather it nice to be needed, and if not, then it's fine as long as you enjoy your own company and if not, it can be tolerated or altered according to the individual or individuals depending on the situation. confused myself a bit there lol
