Its not a relationship problem but maybe it is.....idk
I work in a hospital setting...anyways Ive been there almost a year. There is a co worker who has just graduated and has been there 2 months. She tries telling everyone else what to do!!! And acts like she owns the place. Like she is the team leader or something....... I ignore her mostly, but if she does this anymore Im gonna explode!!!!!!!! 
What should I do??? |

Pretend like she doesn't exist and do exactly what you are told to by your supervisor.

I dont know how to deal with these people!!!! Because if I said something I would prolly rip her face off!!!! I like my work but I get really bent out of shape when I m around this girl

I would suggest the next time that this happens......stare at her like she has lost her damn mind and when she finishes....let her know in a nice but stern voice..."I know what I am doing, but thank you!!!!"

I know its hard gypsy...
Don't rip her face off. Try to ignore what she say's- and listen to your Boss only. Her behavior will no doubt lead to trouble... Try to stay out of it. Show you are the better person... Goodluck!

WEll, we are encouraged to work things out amongst ourselves, and if this doesnt work, then complain but Im not good at being tactful when Im mad......Im afraid I will say something so mean that I will regret it later

cause tension at work wont fix its self ...unless you can poison her coffee or something?? awwww...I'm tryin , to think ...

There are tons of ppl higher in rank......but were talking women here and they like to gossip so I tend not to say anything......I dont want to complain either because we are both in a 3 month probationary period in our new positions...
