What's so bad about it? I mean, if your intentions are really platonic then go. She might be just looking for friends as well. Single moms or moms in general sometimes needs to have wide variety of friends as well. Not just those they could find on their kids Parent-Teacher Association or in play schools.

You don't have to think too much about it or stress if this is a bad thing or not.

If your intention is just cool, clean fun and will treat her with respect. Then yes, go for it.

I think all that should matter right now, is how much you like her. If you're truly into her, go for it, otherwise you may regret not trying. I'm just saying. She really could be right for you. First, I'm a single mom. With your hesitations I don't think it will work.

Next, I'm older. Which is also one of your hesitations.

This thread kinda struck me funny lol. You say "for friendship" So what does it matter if she has kids or not? What do the kids have anything to do with the friendship or how would they affect in any way?
