Heard fear was tossing again and came running ..laughing and winking :-) Tossing? Me? No way. But really, how many women are attracted to guys that whine about themselves being "Too nice?" Beyond that, how many women really look at a genuinely nice guy, not a self-professed one, but a real one and say "Oh, I want to date an a*hole instead." |

I have had about 6 dates with different women. When they find out how nice and sweet I am they leave me. I have tried to have more dates but no good. I just got dumped after being with this girl for 5 months and she said she just was not happy any more. What gives Are you sure that's why they leave?...

Whining is unattractive .. A sexcy moan on the other hand makes me melt. In relationships.. as in life .. We are all susceptible to failure. Being nice is no exemption. Certainly, everyone fails...But not everyone constantly hinges on it as a make or break point, ala, this thread and many like it. A sexy moan makes everyone melt, haha. |

Women don't leave because you are nice. They leave because you are boring, broke, mean, got more issues than they do, clingly, or any number of things. When you say nice I'm sure you got something else going on.

What gives Next time, when you pull the woman's chair out for dinner, pull it away completely so her azz hits the ground. Then she won't think you're too nice.

Ffs. I'm sure it happens to "bad" guys too, and even all of the other types. Ask the one who treat you so badly. We won't know why. It was you in the relationship, not us too. So the only person who can give you answer to that, is the woman you were involved with.

I think "nice guys" mistake being pushy and overbearing as being nice. I want a guy who respects me and treats me right, but doesn't feel the need to push things to fast...if I hear the dirty "L" word too soon or things like commitment, moving in together and such things too early I run and fast. That's just me.

You know what is the same in all these threads of guys complaining about "bad dates", "crazy women", "being too nice?" The same thing that is about the woman's complain: they both concentrate SO much on the end. Machiavelli is usually misquoted with the phrase "the ends justifies the means" and we all know how he was... Enjoy the journey: the destination is fine, keep an eye on it but for goodness sake, look around and enjoy the journey! Life is passing you by because you are all so determined to look at the possibilities of the future that you forget the now. Just enjoy now a bit more. well stated |
