I got my mum a hamster, because she adores them. Been quite a while since she had a pet. We (me and my sisters) took her to a restaurant for lunch. At least she didn't feel obliged to cook a Sunday Roast, as we wanted her to just relax. My sisters are like whirlwinds. It was a bit chaotic, but if I can escape the noise, then all the better for it.

I phoned my mum and asked if it was mother's day here as well because the Americans on the internet are saying that it is. Apparently it's not but now I log on here and there's an English lady posting in this thread saying that she got her mum a hamster and I don't know what's going on. Are you sure that you're not just like me and forget which day's mother's day every year and because the Americans on here were going on about mother's day you bought her a hamster and took her out and she didn't like to say that it's not actually mother's day yet?

I had a productive day cleaning out my son's room. I received some homemade cards and gifts and a cake. It was a good day!

Well observed. I was just babbling on about how I last spent it. I didn't think it was Mothers Day yesterday, as there'd be tv ads reminding us of when it is anyway.

Pay a visit to the cemetery & brought her flowers. Then smoked a joint beside her. Ranted. Cried. Browse on IPhone. Then headed home.
