Topic: Which movie made you cry the most? | |
---|---|
I have cried at many movies including many mentioned here. Thank you to all of you for reminding me. The Sixth Sense is one that did it for me. The recent movie that got me was 'Selma'. In the opening scene is a re-enactment of the 1963 Birmingham Church Bombing. I knew what was coming and was rigid in my seat knowing those 4 young girls were going to die. I actually reverberated in my seat when the bomb went off. It was truly a horrible and shameful part of our history. They really humanized it for me and that made all the more emotional for me. |

Well, technically "Who Framed Roger Rabbit."
The first time I saw this movie I was laughing so hard and so long (and so loud), that I quite literally had tears rolling from my eyes. Not to mention quite a few people in the theater turning and giving me "the evil eye." |
