I never thought about leaving...truth is I am way too much of a stubborn bullhead for that.
The email was so blunt it surprized me. I guess I just wanted to see if anyone else thought what I was doing was wrong...to stay after I had found someone. I my friends here...but in all reality I could still keep in touch with you all through messenger or so on.
