Oh I express myself in so many different ways. Drawing, painting, crafts, quilts, clay...The list is long long long See though, my mind....it races so fast most times with so many things.. It's almost like having 5000 browser windows open at one time..

. the trick is not to stop the noise.. but simply make friends with the noise.. except.it. let it know it's okay to be there. but you're in the drivers seat.. so to speak.. and it needs to know when to be quiet.. easy peasy..
