They try to put enough information on the cover of a book to make you want to read it. Same is true of internet profiles. But the fact is that most really don't know what to write, don't really know themselves, and don't really know how to sell themselves anyway.
The only way to know a book is to read it. Sometimes we have to chunck it after the first chapter. |

I don't think first impressions mean a lot. You need time to get to know someone.

Atleast I found out he's an alcoholic now rather than later Very true. You don't need that in your life. |

A guy who presents himself well, with manners ain't bad ;) And so what if I want a guy who works hard for his money? Better than relying on the state for handouts. If a guy already thinks I'm his when I don't know him, well that will just put me off.

Many many people lose out on awesome opportunities and or people, by judging first, I learned this the hard way, and NOW I understand the qualities in life... |

Better to be honest now or suffer the consequences later!
I agree! Some very few are ACTUALLY here to find a chance to meet that one special someone!!! That is what the site is for.... if you want a general "hook up" ... go to your local "questionable area" and there are MANY willing to tell you the lies you seem to need....and share.... Be respectful as this individual in the quote, and be true to YOURSELF, and give the good people a chance!!! |
