Topic: Hot Head Cop Blows Up On Kid, Jaw Dropping Video | |
---|---|
There is a code of behavior for professionals of every field. The cop did not abide by his. His attitude was also aggressive and gave the impression that he could have made a false arrest if he was not on tape. The purpose of the police is to protect the public, not threaten them. where in the 'code of conduct' does it say an officer cant raise their voice?..lol he asked at least a dozen questions CALMLY That the ******* tried to argue about before that point,,,,,being 'professional' wasn't working and the ******* is lucky he didn't use his 'professional' authority to take him in for obstruction,,, he was aware from the beginning that he was being filmed and said anyway that he would arrest him, so 'not being on tape' made little difference except maybe that the little wannabe hard *** with a camera didn't get tasered or beaten,,, Im neither fan nor foe of police or citizens, they are all human, but these human citizens were being obstructive ******** intentionally for some video footage, I feel for the cop and don't see where he did anything wrong and in fact had quite a bit of restraint by not taking the little twerp in,,, The code of conduct says they need to be professional at all times and there was nothing professional about that disgrace to the uniform. |

are you guys serious right now.. out of line cause he yelled? fired for merely raising his voice at an *******? after repeatedly being met with resistance ? lol,, wow and what law did he break? by yelling?,... ![]() As someone who works with law enforcement on a daily basis, they can not pull what that guy did. They don't jump in someone's face screaming at the top of their lungs and threaten to arrest them for Obstructing an officer for driving in circles trying to see what's going on. |

I am a strong supporter of law enforcement but this guy doesn't have the mentality or professionalism to carry a badge and work with the public. |

Tennessee sheriff's deputy is FIRED after he was caught on camera choking an unresisting college student until he passed out 2 cops behind him, putting him in handcuffs, the biggest baddest cop in front of him. He doesn't resist (according to the photographer on scene....verified in photos) so what does the biggest, baddest cop do? He chokes him till he passes out! http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2614386/Tennessee-police-photographed-choking-unresisting-college-student-passes-out.html#ixzz308HdIjUI It's a growing trend in the new police state! Anymore they send a ARMORED SWAT team if your grass is too long! |

seems like the ones who felt 'empowered' were the ones following around cops on the job with a video camera,, just saying the kids were ********,, looking to get material for a video and obstructing the officers focus, like he said good lord, people have been BEATEN And TASED for less and people whimper cause this cop raised his voice,,,, Really, so you support the old slave mentality and follow orders from the servants. It is the people taking the video that are the masters, but feeble ones currently, hopefully they do better as time passes. But under the natural law, this would be the yin response, stuck on the victim side, the acceptance of violence from supposed authority. A truly sickening spectacle. |

The cop was out of line and should be fired. Way too late for that, this video was almost a year back. |

He broke laws, multiple. And if not for the other officer, would have done much more. But then the entitlement crown only understands the slavery side of natural law and never the free side, free from the bonds of any other. this is predicated by the very statement of the ones making the video in a disparaging way. The real a$$ was the what should have been a destitute ex-cop, destitute because he should of had his butt sued off. |

Sorry to break bad news, but the police are under no obligation to protect at all. Many opinions by the Supreme Court which is a real benefit to the public. In fact a huge benefit if you understand the law. |

That dumb a$$ cop should be thankful there was a peace office present and the event stopped there. |

What happens when a cop and a man who knows hits rights cross paths? It resembles a 3 year old throwing a temper tantrum. Except that this 3 year old is 40, wears a badge and a uniform, and carries a gun. Even if this guy was driving around and following this cop, it is totally his right to do so. Cops do it to us all the time. Read more at http://thefreethoughtproject.com/guy-law-cop-blows-fuse-3-2-1/#odRv82pSZpP23kUx.99 The driver was sure a smart a$$ little punk, it wouldn't have hurt anything to answer the cops questions and I can understand cops being edgy if they have an active crime scene and someone keeps driving in circles around it, we don't know the whole store before the video started, but I doubt it was nothing more then mere curiosity on the kids part and the cop should have realized that. With that being said this cop was way out of line and should lose his badge. He should know how to deal with smart a$$ little punks without resorting to yelling, threatening, spitting and swearing then threatening to arrest the kid for obstruction when there was no cause to. At least his partner had the common sense to realize how big he stepped in it wouldn't let him arrest the kid, you hear at the end of the video the hot head yell I'm arresting him for Obstruction and you see his partner push him back. This cop should lose his badge, someone this unstable with anger issues like this should not be making arrests if he can't control himself and not act like a baby. Watch the video and let me know what you think? First, this is an old video, it was first posted on YouTube in June of 2013. Here is the original version including the full 6:02 minutes. It has garnered 5194 comments and been viewed 546,720 and has upset 352 sensitive souls. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8g7WYwYi3UM Now as to what I think, thanks for asking that it mattered, but thanks anyway. Let's start with the cop. Lose his badge, not in this world, probably got a promotion as he has the correct mind set for the police state. If any disciplinary action would of been had, it would have been to the good cop for stopping the hot head. Now to the citizen, there is a train wreck looking for a place to happen. If you are going to follow cops around, then you need to be prepared for a hot head, just what he found. It is an absolute miracle both the man and woman were not arrested and had to be disciplined with a taser and a baton for resisting. First, never roll down your window more than 2 - 2 1/2". Second, you are never required to show id, just to identify yourself if charged with a crime. Some say you must provide your name, address and date of birth. Personally, if they have a warrant then it is their obligation to prove I am the person on the warrant, I have the right not to self incriminate. All they need is some name for the booking report, they need to prove any other thing. For the most part, they don't have a warrant. And the citizen is a complete idiot to keep antagonizing an egotistical idiot. He has a right to remain silent and not answer questions, he should do that. That does not mean remain mute, when the cop implied a criminal action, that needs to be challenged very directly as being patently false and a blatant lie. You must assert and stand on your rights, your right to remain silent and to not incriminate yourself. Stand on your rights as once they are surrendered, they can not be rescinded. yep, that works real well with a heavily armed Cop who has something to prove,at 4AM in an Alley-way! ![]() Well if you were to be in an alley-way alone at 4AM, that would be the stupidity. |

At least he (the partner) was level headed enough to know they are in a bad situation and it's going to get 100x worse if he lets his partner arrest them. This guy is clearly a cop on a power trip. I would definitely agree with you there. There was a peace office and a law enforcement officer there and the peace officer prevailed, this time. And it will continue that way until the law enforcement and their supporters are held accountable. |

You better be in a life threatening situation to use one of those, other wise your going to jail. |
