Can't wait to see my niece's surprise tomorrow. She doesn't know that she's among those receiving the presidential award for academic achievement. Her mom (my sister), my brother and I took the day off to be there. Plus our mom will be there too. She's awesome.

. my good news is.
That my youngest son. made it through his sleepover.. . at one of our cities historical landmarks.. Fort Edmonton.. . his entire class got to do a sleepover. . he was nervous about it. . did not know if he was going to go. . but with a little coaxing. he went and enjoyed it.. . he did say he got a little homesick though... . but he had his flashlight and his favorite stuffy... Mr Tippin.. .. so I guess my good news is. . I did not have to drive across the city at midnight.. to pick him up.. .. . . |

Ah so not everything is good I just got the news I'm being pulled off the pit crew for our race boat...im being moved up to driver I'm qualifying for my license I'm going to get the chance to set a new worlds record of over 260 mph in the 1000ft dash....ill see god that day....Lars out

Found a CD that got lost and that I've been looking for for years. Usually I would have just have bought another one but I didn't think that would be easy because it's just called "The Doors box set". One of the discs in it has a recording of a really good concert anyway that I had never heard before and has some songs that I had never heard them do live. Definetely one of Jim's better performances and you can tell from the way that he screams at the start of the first song that it's going to be a good gig.

My younger daughter, son-in-law, granddaughter and grandson arrived back in the states last night, (Oregon). They have been living in Guyana, South America since September. Hoping I get to see them this summer as they may not get back to the states again for years according to my daughter. They are home on 'furlough' for the summer.
