.. yes it is important to keep your profile current.. nothing . worse than viewing a pic from 7 years ago... it is like advertising a new car for sale.. then I show up.. and it turns out the car is 7 years old.. no sale... and my sweet... I might. remove the mention of a medical condition.. maybe a little off-putting.. for someone looking for a romantic connection.. but you're clear that's not what you're looking for.. if it was me.. I would take that part out.. strangers really don't need to know that... totally your call.. you have ..an amazingly beautiful smile..omg.. you are able to light up a room.. with your smile... but apart from the medical thing.. and again not a big deal... its short and sweet... you get your point across.. here for your friends on the forums...
