i day started at 6 this morning when i woke up with night mares...gosh, i feel like a lil kid when i admit to having them

i hhave em to my day started at 530 with a bike ride to catch a ride to work and fri and sat i got a 30 mile bike ride to get to work thats just one way my butts already sore and so is the rest of me from my car wreck on aug 26th
