Very nice think we have all experienced that at some point in our lives,we just have to pick up the pieces and put our selves together again and move forward.

Yes we have pkh ... just life in all its colours ...

There has been so much tragedy flying in my circle this year that I am just feeling a little overwhelmed...for just a minute...

sounds like the state I was in after my last relationship, for the first time in my life I completely opened up and gave her everything I had, a week later she dropped me like an old toy and walked away. I guess I had it coming from Karma, still was the worst feeling I've ever had to deal with.

I am just feeling a little overwhelmed by death and dying ... and the insidious cancer that seems to be taking the people I love ... in an unpleasant fashion...

News of two more to add to the list yesterday has me feeling a little melancholy for a moment...

Feeling USED, HURT, UN-LOVED, STRESSED, FEELING THAT "YOUR"

all alone,,,and NO-WAY OUT???????

I'm so sorry you feeling overwhelmed,I have been there myself,some days are harder then others.But I'm glad you shared your feeling this is why i love the poem forum,real people,real feelings.Your in my thoughts and prayers

not used or unloved Iam4u ... just not sure how to help the ones I love ... and how to say goodbye. Too many at once..

The only way I've ever been able to deal with death, is to remember that it is not the end of existence, but the shedding of this one and the beginning of a new. I know, they are still lost to us here and now, but as we like to say in my belief system "Merry meet, merry part, and merry meet again" for we will all meet again on the other side }:)> (Call it heaven, Summerland, or whatever ;) )

The best way to help others in time of death is just to be there and let them know you understand. Remember those that have passed for there humor a jester a laugh always by good memories never sad ones that each time you remember them it will only bring a smile to your face and a warm spot in your heart.

Artgurl,I to have lost dear FRIENDS, and "ALL" of my GREW-UP WITH,,"BEST FRIENDS", there is NOT one WEEK, of my LIVING.
That I don't think about THEM,,a SONG, a Person who reminds me of them, a word, a voice, a picture, a mere "THOUGHT,,,,
That "BRINGS THEM BACK,,,,,IF ONLY IN MY THOUGHTS..
IF ONLY FOR A MOMENT, IF ONLY "THEY" WERE STILL "HERE"...

But THAT is LIFE and THAT IS,,all we have left of THEM,,,and when the living are also gone from their MEMORIES, THEN and only THEN, are "THEY" trully "MISSING"!!!

DYING is the easy part,,"LIVING" is what WE ALL struggle to "ACCOMPLISH", until WE get to be with "THEM" again...

I can only LET you know that MANY of US in this world,,,carry the SAME PAIN..
