I am passing this on to you because it definitely worked for me, because God knows, we could all use a little more calmness in our lives.
By following the simple advice I heard on the radio yesterday, I have finally found inner peace.
The phone in show was talking about the stress of returning to work and the routine of the new year. The Dr. proclaimed,
"The way to achieve inner peace is to finish all the things you've started and never finished."

So, I looked around my house to see all the things I started and hadn't finished, and before leaving the house this morning, I finished off a bottle of Merlot, 8 cans of Bud light, a bottle of Bailey's, a bottle of Bombay Sapphire half a bottle of Smirnhoff vodka, a packet of Jaffa Cakes, the rest of the Cheesecake, a King Prawn Jalfrezi and a Box of chocolates.

You have no idea how bloody good I feel! !!! The man is a GENIUS!

Well, I wouldn't recommend doing all that on a daily basis or anything but a little chocolate and vodka never hurt anyone :) Chocolate releases the same endorphins as being in love, which is why it works for so many women

lol I'm still working on all the things I "never finished". Thankfully, if February I will finally have my degree (of course then I'll immediately start work on my Bachelors so I won't really be finished :P), and hopefully before too long my band will be playing live again and I can again belt out my pagan self on stage }:)> All that's left after that is to find some one to share the rest of my life with, I'm thinkin' that might be the most difficult one of them all lol
