So here's the thing,
I've been toying with the idea of making computer tutorial videos for a while now, but I am curious on where to start. There are many videos out there for beginners, things like "this is a mouse, this is a keyboard, etc" this ins't the audience I am thinking about, the audience I was thinking of targeting are those that can "play on internet" "use email" and maybe even do "word processing" sort of an introduction to "advanced" computing. So what type of things would you like to know more about for your personal computer? I have toyed with this idea for awhile, and last time I asked this someone asked "well what are YOUR qualifications" So before I get that again, here are my qualifications. I started programming on a Commodore 64 at 8 years old, when I was 16 I worked as an intern at a technology company in WA state, doing custom PC builds. I have been providing remote support to my family and friends for years, and recently graduated with a BS in Computer Network, and Network Security. So now back to the topic, what topics would the average(not advanced) computer user like to see covered? |

How to pirate dvd's. While i'm not going to be recommending/teaching how to do anything illegal, A tutorial on how to burn legal content is a great idea, maybe I'll combine it with how to burn a music CD |
