tonight i had an upsetting experience now i don't usually post but i am just really down, i have been dealing with an older man lately who i never took as a threat at work, tonight he kept touching me and then the straw that broke the camels back he grabbed me i ran away and hid behind my friend i just didn't know what else to do :( i am afraid to go back i started to cry i am really upset i never had that happen :(

Sounds like sexual harrassment to me......... and you need to report it immediately to HIS supervisor and yours.

Report it to your human resources right away. If they do not deal with it, his manager can be fired and you can sue the company for big bucks. No one has the right to touch you in the work place. If no one in the company deals with it, go to the newspapers, or even the TV, then watch them jump to attention big time.

We were taught in the state system and the hospital where I work now to report it to the human resources department, they start the process rolling. May be easier than approaching his boss to make the complaint.
