For some reason I can't stop thinking about the Chaucabra that was caught in Texas today.. Strange animal. It sits on its hind legs and puts its food into its mouth with weard front paws.. Yet they say it is some kind of dog... google it and have a look... new kind of weard animal?

Really Hard decisions. I'm a landlord and an ambulance company next to my rental wants to buy the property. And tear down the house. Well I have 3 great renters there. I want to sell the house. But what about these people. I know moving can be hard.
