when I first joined mingle I realized pretty quick that local guys for me was rare. The ones that were on here either hadn't been seen in months or were not what I would consider right for me due to them being married. There was one tho, genuine, handsome, tall, nice arms, Sam Elliot voice!!! Oh he was funny.. the problem was when we talked most of the time I fell asleep on him. I know I'm on here all the time but I use my phone makes it very accessible. I work 40+ hours a week, cook, clean, feed children, play with children, spend time with family and friends. Take care of pets and now I'm helping my kids dad with his physical therapy exercises. that's not even half of my responsibilities daily. Eventually my falling asleep got to be too much and things fizzled and he moved on. Even tho we clicked really well! So tonight you could imagine my surprise and excitement to see he found me again (one year and a few profiles later). We greeted each other and talked for a bit and then he made the comment "could you do me a favor this time and atleast let me know if you get sleepy or have to go so I'm not hanging around waiting like a chump." I replied back that yes I would and then told him I missed talking to him and how glad I was he found me again. I sent the message waiting for his reply hoping he missed me too. Two hours later I wake up to 6 unread messages from him the last message titled "noooooooooooo..." The body read "ooooooooooooooo!"

I can see how he would get frustrated by you falling asleep on him but you do have a full plate of things on your list and can see how you would fall asleep. Maybe contact him at a time when your not so tired and explain again how much you do in a day.Your a very nice person and if he wants to get to know you he will meet you half way ,if not his loss.

He should understand that you work and ur so much tired that you urself dont realise when you sleep. .. its not in your hands and you cannot do anything about it. .. he should be understanding this when he knows you for so long

Stop laying down when u talk to him. What's more important u. Finding a real man or sleep. A couple hours lost a night is worth it during that first can't get enough of each other stage.

You're right Mississippi. I will keep that in mind! Its usually bed time for me when we talked tho. This time I was sitting with my phone at my kitchen island!

Haha oh well...my sleep is so broken anyways. I'm always tired and wore out. And then when I should be sleeping because everything else is quiet my mind is going a million thoughts per second and I can't sleep. So I get online or read a book til I'm out again.

That's awesome that you guys found each other again! I agree with Mississippgal about maybe taking a nap before you talk so you don't fall asleep? I hope it works out for you guys this time.

If you like him that much and you have a phone, why aren't you just having a proper chat with him? I'm not that surprised that it would fizzle out if the guy lives near enough for dating and you've known him that long and are still only emailing.

We did talk on the phone before (about a year ago). We just talked on here too. Its always late because of work schedules and such. We didn't meet because of my situation at the time. I lost his number after we quit talking.
