Guilty or not guilty
I see she has just been found guilty again. My opinion is that there is so much doubt, I think its impossible to find her guilty. |

yep,,,
its very hard, the dead person cant tell us who did it, or how it unfolded and lawyers are primed in presenting doubt, which they should be, so innocents are sent away as often her behavior after was EXTREME crazy, but that doesn't mean she did it,,, I believe in the probability of both sides, they are equally plausible theories on what happened,, |

I think these judgements are better left in the courtroom and away from the public.

The US has already stated we wont send her back because of Double Jeopardy here in the US. The bad thing is she can never leave the US because I am sure the Italy will issue a red notice on her which requires any country she travels to, to take her into custody.
