This I can attest to after being hospitalized for five days, after my day shift was switched to a 5 pm to 2 am shift, leaving me to survive on 4 hours a sleep per day for several months,,,,,,down from 8

yeah, izzy, but thats because your brain likes to escape and plot evil plans on the walls while youre asleep. who could find that restful???

the day you sleep for around 5 hrs msharmony, it shouldn't go unnoticeable due to a tight schedule. reaching the 8th sphere is tough, but one can.

Sleeping is believed to remyelinate your axons, its very important. I get about 10 hours a day, just one of the many joys of being on your own.

Power naps r good too & there's always red wine...quality of sleep may be more important than quantity of sleep
