I would doubt that very seriously, probably there now. He received the positive reinforcement, he got checked out and the other party went to jail.


again it is the store employee's call. I have often notice flexibility around those rules so it's probably best not to go not those situations with a rigid set of expectations...jmhoflowerforyou



That is how you lose business..

The only reason large retailers have express lanes is to get people into the store that only want to buy a few things.

I am not going to a grocery store for milk and bread if I know the chances are that I am going to be standing in line for 20 minutes.

Folks, cashiers really aren't permitted to turn away a customer just that customer has more items than the posted limit.
