I'm feeling guilty. sweetheart. I went behind your back. 0o.keurig.. please please forgive me.. I was itching for a quick fix.. of instant gratification... so I met with a cup of instant.. I needed to feel turned on. only the way a cup of instant coffee will do................. today is going to be the best day of my life.... keep blowing into that positive bubbles

its a cold brisk Sunday morning. too cold even for the birds to be singing. happily. my breath Falls frozen to the ground. behind me as I walk. I'm cold but yet warm. holding my freshly brewed. oh so smooth rich creamy hot chocolate.. Tim Hortons for me.. Oh tim if you only had a sister... good Sunday morning to everyone.. enjoy this day of rest and peacefull contemplation.

picked up my new Samsung Galaxy 4..omg.. I thought my Keurig. was the only electronic device. that could turn me on... sorry Keurig your going to have to share me........ instant this morning
