You probably won't. If the site finds they are a scammer, the account will be locked and deactivated.

without the proof for what they did they might not do anything. tey are usually very fast to respond

I need someone who has the technical smarts to open an attachment. I would like to know what is in it. Could be a virus or anything.

If it was done off site then that is out of our jurisdiction. You would need to report it to that service

It was on here Yellowrose. You actually got sent an Attachment HERE? Copy it and send it to Virustotal to be scanned. I use that Online-Scanner all the time to have suspicious Files scanned! https://www.virustotal.com/

Do not open links. Report the profile and the site will look into it. If you have reported it here, then block the member

I'm curious. If you are convinced that this person is a scammer why are you interested in opening the atatchment? That's not something that I'm interested in doing when I get spam emails.
