3 Rabbits cut into pieces
1 cup Flour
1/4 cup Olive oil
1/2 cup Onions diced or Chopped
2 Garlic cloves minced
1/4 cup Red Wine or Dry Sherry
1/4 cup of Brandy if you use wine only
1 cup Chicken broth
1 cup Game marinade, strained
1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Sage
1 tsp Cayenne pepper
1/4 cup Parsley minced
Salt & pepper to taste

Dust pieces in flour and shake off excess. Brown in olive oil on all sides place in a large black iron pot.
Remove and keep warm.
Add onions and garlic to same oil; cook until clear, not brown. Drain off excess oil
and replace rabbit. Pour on sherry. Add broth and strained marinade. Bring to boil then reduce heat to simmer, covered, for 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
