Just being realistic here. A woman could easily find it suspicious if you don't have a pic of yourself. I've had many excuses from men who "wanted" to meet me. I don't really see how family, friends, or employers are able to find you on a dating site. Are you saying they're on here? If they are, and you have to hide your face, it makes me wonder if any woman would bother meeting you if you just want to hide all the time. What sort of woman wants a guy who says "Quick.Hide. My friends are coming"? It sounds suspect.

I would never try to meet a lady on here without sending my pic to her first. I have a job where professional boundaries are a Hugh part of the gig. Have to have a very firm line between my personal life and my work life.

This sounds suspicious to me, I mean I understand separate personal life and career life, but to such an extent that you can't post a picture on a dating site, makes me think one of two things.


Either A. It's not really your professional life you are worried about finding out about this site, it is instead your personal life...Wife, Girlfriend, Etc, Etc.

Or B. Your professional life centers around some sort of relationship counseling/dating/or something in a similar field where if someone in your circle found out it would discredit you.

Either way it's not so good, A. You're a sneak, and B. you're a phony.
