It doesn't surprise me that it's mostly guys saying they're never wrong. Haha.

If I'm wrong I'll admit it, but I'm never wrong. The sooner you women realize that we'll be better off. LOL

That's right! You can tell an Englishman but
you can't tell him muchgrumble

I'm far from perfect so yes, I admit it right away and try to make it right.Sometimes one doesn't know it was a mistake but if it really hurts someone then I want to let them know I'm sorry. I usually don't get along with people who think they are always right and look at it like they want to win at all costs. Are you really winning? Besides the make up kiss is always much sweeter when you say I'm sorry first!

When you're wrong, can/do you admit it? Or, are you one of those people who will deny being wrong, even if you know you're wrong?

it depends on who I'm admitting being wrong to!
Family... yes.
Boyfriend HELL NO:angry:
Friends... possiblyohwell

Why is it different for different people?

Different rules for different people because some ( family/ friends) will understand that you were wrong, and accept your apology.
While others... will hold onto the fact that you were wrong like a dog with a bone and will bring it up at every turn! These are the people I will not admit it to... BOYFRIENDS and some friends ( frienemies)

Well the way you describe the boyfriend the only word there is boy. No friend or someone who deserves to be loved would treat you that way. Might want to reformulate what you define boyfriend as. A smart rocking gal like yourself deserves better.

yes I admit it, and if an apology is needed, do so. I seldom assume I am right about something as few things are simply a matter of right and wrong. Often people can disagree but no one is "wrong."

When there is a right/wrong situation I will apologize if I agree that I was wrong. (Often I do anyway out of respect for the other person's honor). Sometimes people have to agree to disagree.

If someone wrongs me it honors me if they apologize. I cannot imagine turning away from that. It would be very disrespectful. I have received very few apologies, however.

if it takes someone awhile to admit they are wrong, perhaps they are simply weighing the circumstances judiciously?

Exactly! If friends or boyfriends don't understand when you're wrong and accept your apology, maybe they're not really friends or good boyfriends.

totally agree. I had an "ex" like that....never dared to apologize because he would subsequently whine constantly and milk it for all it was worth (manipulative)...I will never deal with a person like that again, in a personal sense.

Yea pe3ople make little mistakes all the time and if I see a person who can never say sorry, excuse me nicely, or forgive me then I am heading for the door because you know they are not going to ever have a sense of right and wrong it will always be about their rights. Living with a bully is having no rights.

maker that likes to defy authority. ..lol

All jokes aside, As adults we need to be responsible for our actions and that includes owning the wrong ones. I have no problems recognizing my wrongs and improving from them.
And yes, saying; I was wrong, my bad.

or was that "I" was wrong,meaning Billylaugh/jk

How you doing singme?

your Gemini dream,
Pony/Billy:wink: waving

what Billy is a habitual troublemaker that likes
to defy authority ..jk
No I am not referring to me in the third person
I am Jamie and Billy is just a personality I
conjured up, like an escape goat but he doesn't
have ID, nor is he an alias for Jamie.
(ok that was in the third person)
To be Frank and Earnest as well with you.
