The next time that you whine about not having dates, go to a grocery store.

I hang out in the forums because it is more interesting than TV and super easy to do between other things. LOl Get your mind out of the gutter. Something I can put on hold instantly if I have to deal with a hospice chore or a "hot line" call.

Definitely a stress reducer. Life in Mingle land is not always roses but it is often "better" than what is "in the room". Keeps things in perspective.

Mingle is not just keeping up with friends but has upgraded my typing speed. The "smart conversations" give me something fun to interject in my conversations with friends and dates.

"At my age", (yikes did I say that?)some of my friend time or dates are way to eager to talk about their obnoxious kids, medical woes, and "history"; or "repeat it", and it is easier to redirect the conversation with a joke or a positive thought I have picked up here.

Because the person I currently like works long hours and sometimes travels being the boss I have spells where I rather hang out here than chat with the maid. Thank God for Wifi.

And no secret sometimes hanging out on mingle is more fun than doing my hobbies or chores. I am retired I can always do them tomorrow. Especially if I am feeling rotten from some of my years in "Contact sport' that my job sometimes was.

Maybe I always busy but now I want one who want?

One who wants what? A bowl full of dates??
