But courting and romance seem to be so over rated in today's society Sad too when one thread is bidging about guys being too friendly With terms of endearment And yet another asking if guys still bring flowers... I'm sooooooo confused... 
Just what is the right thing to do ?

Always do what YOUR heart tells you to do and if you're rejected, for some reason, know that it's truly the other person who is the loser!

Maybe this is off topic but the neatest things a guy ever brought me was crystals, fossils, and rocks. He worked in the underground mines and found some cool ones! Once he brought me one that was in two pieces where a smaller stone was laying in another that looked like a bowl. He told me the smaller rock smoothed out the larger as the earth moved. He called it a coal miners heart and said he was giving me his! I thought that was cooler than flowers.

My absolute favorite flowers are tulips and orchids. The more unique orchids, the better.

If you're very close to the woman, terms of endearment are okay. If the woman likes flowers (and isn't allergic to them) giving flowers is okay. Basically get to know the woman first so you don't muck it up.

Most guys I dated bought me flowers. Yeah. I don't think it's rare. It just depends who you're with. Some guys like looking macho, so they hardly do. The tough-guy types. Lol
