Hillary Clinton 2016: Why We Will Have 12 Years of Democratic Presidents

It appears that America is in for 12 more years of Democratic governance.Obama's second term, coupled with Hillary Clinton's likely bid in 2016, means it will be years until we see another Republican in the Oval Office.
If she runs, it's likely that Hillary Clinton will win in 2016. The economy will probably be strong by then, and I don't think the Republican A-team — who sat this election out — is nearly as formidable as their supporters hope. Hillary Clinton and Corey Booker versus Paul Ryan and Bobby Jindal? It would be an interesting campaign, but the Democrats are killing it on demographics. It's also within the realm of possibility that Sarah Palin will rally the Tea Party vote, win the nomination and then get crushed in a 1984-esque landslide. But my money is on a close Clinton victory over intellectually serious opponents.

To forecast even further, I think she'll win again in 2020, because incumbents tend to. By that point, gay marriage will likely be legal in a majority of states, abortion will be pretty much exactly where it is today, and we'll still be squabbling over public expenditures and not seriously reckoning with health care costs.

Whose to say that voters will be any smarter in 2016?what

IF there's an election in 2016, I can practically guarantee Hitlery Clinton won't be a candidate. That is not to say she'll never be President, but if she is, it will only be because the US has become a Stalinist dictatorship under martial law. The Republican "choice" will be absolutely no better...It'll still be a Stalinist dictatorship.

Since November of 1963, all the Republican/Democrat elections have really amounted to a choice between "Uncle Joe" and Leon Trotsky.

This may be old news, but the thought Hillary was gunning for presidency of the world bank... If this were still true, American presidency seems like a smaller position.

At our present accelerated rate of decline, there may not be a nation to preside over by 2016......

Put them up against something like a republican McCain/Romney ticket and any randomly chosen "independent"chimp from a zoo will be a shoe-in for president, as the people finally realize that it isn't a matter of who's in office, so much as who isn't, and the American people will finally have a president who will do whatever they want...in exchange for a banana.

Hillary doesn't even stand a chance to win the primary, let alone be in the presidential election.

Elizabeth Warren, should she choose to run, would win.

Nothing the 2 parties do would surprise me, but I'll make a prediction based on past offerings......

The main course put forward will be Judas Jeb Bush (the RINO) and Hitlery (the Lib)..... the media machines will then drown the voters in BS to see how it flies
