It would be nice if they invented a pill that you take it once and you never get a headache again. Unfortunately I think it would mean it killed you. I got a bit of a headache as well. But not to bad yet. Hope yours gets better soon. That's it's not another one that lasts for a couple days like I think that one you had did.

Mean while it would probably help if you didn't bang your head against the wall. hahaha

I'm not a religious person so I don't really pray. Except to bless the food and that's only because my family is religious. But I get plenty of headaches. I've been trying not to use pain killers for them so much anymore as I was told that basically I was addicted to them and they were kind of causing them. But it's hard to not take something when it just gets worse as the day goes on.

I don't think I've ever had one that lasted as long as at least that one of hers did for her. But I have had daily headaches and that sucks bad enough. I've had ones that lasted all day. I've wondered if maybe the head aches I had one day was the same one I had the following day and I just thought I got rid of it.

Basically I certainly sympathize with anyone with really bad headaches. Now I think I'm going to get dressed and take a couple advil as I feel mine is getting worse and I want to keep it from getting really bad. I need to take my dog out since I haven't done that for a couple days.

Heartfelt, mine suck big monkey balls 4 sure...what I call a headache is when my regular daily pain, becomes unbearable.Sooo Heartfelt,I hope you both feel better.

It can't be a good thing when pain is a regular part of your life. I'm sure we can all agree that it would be nice to have one pill that cured headaches for life without killing us or having other ill effects.

I've been told that it would probably help if I got massages. I've thought about trying that. But First I need a steady income and then I need to find a place that does massages. Hopefully not one of those happy ending massages. lol

Izzy I would give you massages. I have people call me when they get headaches/migraines. They say I have "healing hands". Just wish my hands would heal my headaches. 2kids I would give you massage also.

While I have never given a massage before. I would be willing to give you one as well. At least try to. Who knows. I might have a natural aptitude for it. Could also make things much worse. hahaha

It mostly has to do with the suboccipitals, accupoints on the head, scalenes and the SI joint. Most of these are inaccessible to work on yourself
