Married for 13 years... told my writing was a waste of time, and he wanted total control over everything. It got to the point of a raised fist and I knew it was time to leave. Marriage number two.... I married a man who has problems telling the truth and I'm still with him. I know I can't change him. Since getting herpes2 from him I decided to focus my life on my kids and my writing.

What I've learned is to count your blessings. Having an illness opened my eyes up to the fact that everyone needs love... hence Noah in my life! So there is good with the bad... just at how you look at life I guess.
