Why do people who have never spoken to you add you as a favourite? Is there something me in my limited wisdom is missing?



If im a favourite, TALK TO ME!

I'm a big favorite in Nigeria myself. One even messaged me as well the other day.

Whether they are scammers or cretins it matters not to me. It's spam and I just ignore it.

Yeah I seem to get quite a lot from Africa.

Also lots from places ive never heard of!

Brian everyone gets these, but I have noticed that it's a tease to get you to accept, thereby opening the opportunity for them to start messaging you. Same goes for nudges and kisses. If they had messaging, they would simply send the message. They also use this trick if they fall outside any parameters you have set under "Limit who can send you messages". If they are outside those parameters they can't message you. Once you have accepted, those parameters are overridden. What I wish is that they would set up parameters for those who view us as well. It would save a lot of time and effort. About the places you've never heard of, before you're tempted to respond to any of these, Google the city and state or country and find out if it even exists. Some don't. Everyone is a favorite in Nigeria by the way.

People don't need you to Accept to add you as favorites, I think your thinking of the Friend feature.
