Rumble tumble Sheets snapping in the breeze Sun shining strong and clean Haul another load in Toss it in Add soap Add softener Swish swish Rumble tumble Pillow cases dancing on the line Grumble grumble I hate laundry Takes so long Never sure where it all comes from Just when I think its done Here comes my son Arms loaded Dropping shirts and socks as he goes I need clothes Mom I need them now Scowling at him I grumble grumble Wash your own This washer woman is done Now go on my son Get it done!!! |
