Hmm,,discoverd that some folks lost their guts,,,i mean their mind would go blank when asked to face the crowd for a speech delivery....what might be the cause of this??? What are your thoughts,pls???

there's a lot of factors actually.. i admit I do have stage fright. When i was in college, i wasnt able to perform or to deliver good speech when i was assigned to. my thoughts became disorganized, i stattered, and the worst i sweat a lot... I realized, was just being paranoid, i was just afraid of rejection. Now im trying to overcome it.. I feel more comfortable being in public now.

What are your thoughts,pls??? I personally would have no problem speaking in public but some do suffer from stage fright. It is quite frightening or even intimidating for the average person to get up in front of people and speak; especially if they are shy. I can't think of a just one cause of stage fright as I am sure there are many factors as to why one freezes in front of a crowd. |
