Ok here is the deal when I was 19 I got married and had a beautiful little girl. As usual, I screwed the whole thing up and her mom moved her a few states away. She just had a baby the other day, my handsome grandson Wesley. I guess it started me thinking, at almost 37, am I to old to find someone and start a family again? I figure at the soonest maybe when I am 38 or 39 that would make me 56 or 57 when they graduate, I just don't know. So can you please help me clear the fog?

Nope, not too late! Just take into consideration how much energy they take! It's tough when you're younger. I can't imagine doing it now, starting all over again, but that's just me. You have to do what's right for you.

Plus it seems like all the women I find on here have their own kids and are not really looking to start again. the ones that don't are a bit too young for me

you know whether she has kids or not should not matter. I have 3 boys and if i find that "someone special" and we can afford a reversal for me then i'd love to have another one

Don't worry Bill, there are lots of women our age who want children, or more children. And, you're never to old to be a good dad and to enjoy them.

My sister graduated from college last year juts after my parents turned 56 (they have the same birthday). I still have 2 years left until I, too, will be done with higher education. There is nothing wrong with starting over in your 30s. In fact, from where I am (with both parents in their 50s) I encourage you to make yourself happy. I promise your next child won't think any less of you.
