I hear ya catch, my job is so physically demanding, damn when I first started it, I found I had muscles I never knew I had. All is good though...have managed to lose more weight and keeping all the muscles toned now.

I was 120 pounds when I started that camp,I'm down to 106.

I work so hard too......I eat all the bad stuff but it comes off because I don't stop running for 8 hours a day.
