Yeah it is. It's all part of the challenge. From one of the things I read it could also be the amount of citric acid I'm using. But unless the person who post the recipe lied then it shouldn't be the problem.
I'm not really looking at this as a failure. Just a step in understanding what to change to make it work next time. I should really try to find a local dairy farm. |

I actually just posted an ad on a local kind of news site asking for info on local dairy farms. I don't expect much to come from it. But who knows.
