Hahaha yea went to therapy tonight think they are trying to make my leg fall off...Shshhs I'm so out of shape anyway and they expect me to do those things shshshs....  
 sometimes the cure is worse than the injury !
No chit getting my exercise bike out tonight.... since tonight I don't have therapy I'm gonna show them I'm gonna do some at home hahhaha.... But actually only thing hurting now is my muscles and well knee is still swollen doing the ice pack thing even at work...Therefore I still can't bend it as far as I need to cause it feels really tight.... But no pain as before.....So I'm getting there.. 
That's good to hear..just remember, moderation in all things !! even that excerise bike will get ya, if you let it..

Girl you go so much anyway doubt you need to exercise... I did actually move stuff around where I could get on it. The one I have is actually pretty comfortable it has a chair you sit in and the peddles are in front of you... I made it for 12 minutes last night and it really seemed to loosen my knee up some...

I'll tell you one thing...last weekend , setting up for our show in Amarillo, I was up and down on a step stool so many times putting up lights and grids to a 8 foot curtain bar, I was ready to die..I was so tired I didn't know what to do.
